Loan to Learn Offers First Mileage Program for Borrowers

WASHINGTON, May 27, 2005 - Loan to Learn®, America’s leading provider of privately-funded credit-based student loans for higher education, has announced a special partnership with American and Delta Airlines to award up to 15,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles or Delta SkyMiles® to qualified student borrowers and their parents. This mileage awards affiliation is another student loan industry first from EduCap and its Loan to Learn higher education financing program.

This recently unveiled special rewards program is available to Loan to Learn borrowers with student loans disbursed on or after May 15, 2005. According to Loan to Learn, borrowers with loans of $25,000 or more will earn 15,000 AAdvantage miles or SkyMiles, while those whose loans are between $15,000 and $25,000 will receive 10,000 AAdvantage miles or SkyMiles.
